Refund policy
We want you to love your Sixaloa Cosmetics press-on nails. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened/sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nail sets unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return: Email support@sixaloa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at support@sixaloa.com and we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
